Birthday Party Photo Sharing

One QR code. Every guest. Every moment.

Create Your Party Album

Birthday photos always end up scattered — half on someone's iPhone, half on an Android, a few on a disposable camera that never gets developed. Piccy gives every guest a single place to put them, and gives you one place to find them all when the party's over.

Print it, text it, or stick it on the cake table

Your event QR code works anywhere — printed on a card, shared in the group chat, or displayed on a screen. Guests scan and upload in about ten seconds.

All the photos in one place

No more chasing people for their camera roll a week later. Everything lands in your album automatically, organised by time.

Guests can leave a birthday message too

As well as photos, guests can add a short note. You end up with something closer to a digital guestbook than just a photo dump.

Download everything after the party

Export the full album as a zip whenever you're ready. Full resolution, no watermarks.

Works for any age, any size

The free tier handles smaller parties fine. If you're running something bigger — a 50th, a large family do — the paid plan removes all limits.

Common Questions

Do my guests need to download an app to upload photos?

No. Guests upload through their phone's browser — they just scan the QR code or tap a link. Nothing to install.

How do I share the QR code at the party?

The most popular way is to print it on a small card or pop-up sign near the drinks table. You can also share the link in your group chat before the party starts so guests have it ready.

Can guests upload from iPhones and Androids?

Yes. Piccy works in any mobile browser. HEIC photos from iPhones are converted automatically — you don't end up with a mix of formats.

How long do photos stay in my album?

Photos are available for 30 days after your event ends, giving you plenty of time to download them. Paid events get extended storage.

Is there a limit on how many photos guests can upload?

The free tier has a storage cap, which is fine for smaller parties. If you're expecting a lot of photos, the paid plan is unlimited.

Can I see who uploaded each photo?

Yes. Each upload is attributed to the guest, so you can see a contribution count per person and know whose shots you're looking at.
